4Great tool, this is my second - only minor complaints the pocket clip on this one, when removed the thumb screw isnt flush (it is on earlier models) very stiff but i guess will loosen with usestephen born

4A typical Leatherman product in terms of quality etc, however it is stripped down to limited features only. I guess that is the point of the tool and the reason it got its name, however if you need more functions then this might not be the one for you.H. Ahmed

After 12 years ownership of my last tool the pliers failed while I was twisting some wire. I sent it back to claim on the warranty, but didn't expect it to be honoured. So I bought a new one and a second as a gift for my son. Both of which arrived at my offshore address within 48 hours, would probably have been 24 if I had ordered earlier in the day. I'm very happy with my new tool and the service I received. Leatherman also replaced the faulty one within the week. Chris
