No communication was ever received from them regarding the failed delivery until I contacted them when it didn't arrive. I bought one somewhere else and it’s fine. 5I've just received my Leatherman Super Tool 300. I chose the ST300 as I need it to withstand fairly heavy use and the replaceable wire cutters sold it. I'm often repairing fencing, repairing/building arch ways, repairing/building stair banisters and I've just finished re-designing my side garden. I am now currently in the process of designing an arch-way for my parents. The product is top quality, very robust and solid and I have no doubt that this tool will withstand everything I need it to and more, not to mention the 25 year warranty, of which gives me huge confidence in the tool. All the movements and locking actions are precise and firm, excellent design on the handles which gives excellent comfort (a big thing for me when repairing wire fencing for long periods) couple this with top quality design and ergonomics makes this a fantastic tool. Some say they like exterior blades, In my opinion if you are putting the tool to good use, that only serves for discomfort as the back of the blades dig into your hands while using the tool, not a great one for me� Going on to the service from �Leatherman-Store.co.uk� I couldn�t be more pleased. Excellent customer service, easy to contact and with the next day delivery option, I can put this tool to work right away today. The nylon sheath again, as expected, is good quality. It has a rear pocket in which I store my adaptor kit and two side pockets that hold the replaceable wire cutters and star - head screwdriver kit. For me, had this product had scissors, it would have been well worthy of a 5 star review.
