1 Very poor quality. Extremely rusty after only a few weeks of use. The quality of the quality is not as good as they used to be.

Thank you for your feedback - this is not the norm for a Leatherman multitool, and in fact as you`re probably aware, they are covered by a 25 year warranty. 1 I purchased a leatherman and leather sheath for my partner`s birthday. His birthday was on the 26th of March. He works in the photography industry so it was a perfect gift for being on set. I am incredibly disappointed that after just two weeks the leather stitching has come unstitched. I am quite confused as the thread is not waxed in the first place. I wrote to Leatherman to ask for their advice with images of the faulty sheath and asked for replacement however I haven’t had a reply. Understandably I’m very disappointed.

5 Leatherman make excellent quality multi-tools. I have previously bought one of the models with a huge number of functions. This time I wanted a lighter multi-tool with the essential functions for a ski mountain touring trip. I looked at other makes, some of which were less weight but none were as good quality for the weight, hence I choose the REV. It is excellent for what it does. Neil
