5 Fantastic service. There was an issue with packaging the was damaged in the post. The product was bought as a gift. Having contacted the seller a stainless gift box was dispatched FOC. Not what I had expected, but thrilled with the service. Will use you again. All products dispatched quickly with updates throughout. Can't fault you in any way other than recommending stronger packaging as the product box is very thin cardboard and is easily crushed. Anonymous

5 I was very pleased with the quality of the micra tool and the placing of the engraving on micra tool. I was slightly disappointed with the box that the micra tool came in, as it was creased on one side and this was a shame as it was bought as a present. The recipient was very pleased with the micra tool - already has one of the larger versions - and this one made a very nice 18th birthday present. Anonymous

So most of the time I use the scissors, the knife is easy to open along with the other tools . From cutting cable ties, to opening the tops of servers the Micra is a very useful pice of kit.
