You can check the length of warranty that a particular item is sold with by viewing its individual product page.
Multi-Tool Store will directly replace any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 7 days of it arriving with the customer and only once the item in question has been returned to us.
Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 7 days of receipt of goods, but still within the first 30 days of ownership, the item will need to be returned to us by the customer at their own expense and a warranty claim will be initiated by us, on your behalf.
Beyond the first 30 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the UK distributor of Leatherman products and you will need to contact them directly. The form for faulty Leatherman products and returns can be found here:
