Free 60 Day Returns

Personalised Items: We are so confident you will be delighted with the quality of the engraving or embossing; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund for you.

Non-Personalised Items: You can return items for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (excluding original postage fee). Item(s) must be returned in an unused condition within its original packaging. Click the button below to start your return process.

Returns must be booked via our Returns Portal

To ensure your return is received and tracked correctly, all returns must be registered through our Returns Portal. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to us without being booked via the portal (including any items lost in transit).

Free Collection (No Printer Required): Book a collection from your doorstep, office or safe place. Royal Mail will bring the label to you.

Drop off (No Printer Required): If you don't have a printer, you can drop it at your Post Office by generating a QR code. Please check that your post office has printing facilities first here.

Drop off (Printer Required): If you have a printer, you can drop it at your local Post Office or Parcel Postbox.

 

Returns from outside the UK will need to pay return postage.

  

Warranty

All products sold by Multi-Tool-Store are premium quality products which carry a manufacturer’s warranty to cover faults.

Should a product develop a fault within 60 days of purchase please follow the return process above. Beyond the first 60 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the relevant manufacturer.
